PADV developped the Regeneration Index: a farmer-friendly tool, free and open-source, to evaluate the agroecological level of farms. Today, this tool is used by many farmers, but also by many corporations and firms from the food sector (farmer cooperatives, wholesale trade, transformation, distribution...) to monitor their agroecological transition. |

Our main activity is to accompany the agroecological transition of farmers and supply chains. Along with our 62 company-members from the agriculture & food sector and a wide network of technical partners, we mutualize the needs and means through pilote-projects, R&D, connecting farmers and buyers, etc...

Desired collaborations and partnerships
We are very interested in identifying similar organizations at the european and global scale, working with farmers and actors of the suuply chains to accelerate their agroecological transformation. We are willing to share with them the Regeneration Index, so that this tool can be adapted to other countries.
Many of our members are multi-national corporations, who seek to accompany their suppliers in different countries, towards agroecology. Identifying associations or organizations who could accompany them, in coherence with what we do in France, would be very valuable.

2.Solidarity - Twin-Regions
The twin regions concept aims to optimize the use of resources to address the global climate crisis and other pressing issues by promoting international solidarity and massive, empowered, self-reliant and equitable citizen participation. A Twin-Region is a pair of communities that are complementary in terms of green house gas emissions and sequestration potential. They pool their recourses and collaborate in order to become carbon neutral and to solve other pressing environmental and societal issues, such as biodiversity loss and migration.
