  3. Select the FASP Project Folder that corresponds to the FASP Language desired by the project owner and make a copy using the Copy page tree function, replacing 0000 with the fasp_id.
    1. replace the term "Project Folder Template" by the short title of the project.
    2. edit the 'Include page' macro and replace the source page "IO:0000 - Project Name" by the page you created for the project in the space IO (e.g. IO:XXXX - Project Name)
  4. Edit the page  XXXX FASP Project Metadata (example) :
    1. Copy the project metadata from FASP Registry by i) coping the record to Excel using the transpose option to get a vertical and ii) select and copy data to the FASP Status starting at ID.
    2. View the Strategy to find out where the project fits and complete data in the fields 'Main Objective', Main Activity, Other Activities, and Other Objectives to align the project with the 4 per 1000 Strategy in XXXX FASP Project Metadata (example)
  5. Give view permission to the Project Owner and contact person for the following pages:
    1. XXXX FASP Project Folder (folder main page)
    2. XXXX FASP Questionnaire
    3. XXXX FASP Metadata
  6. Give view and edit permission to the Project Owner and contact person for the following pages
    1. XXXX XXXX FASP Project Documents (example)
    2. XXXX XXXX FASP Project Concept Note (example)
