If you request the formative assessment for a project in the conception phase and have not yet developed a proposal, you must complete the concept note to provide project information.
However, you may also complete it for your planned or ongoing project to supplement the above information and help the assessor team understand your project better. The project concept note can also be useful on other occasions.
You will find the edit icon in the top right corner of the concept note page 
. Click on it or hit "e" on your keyboard to edit.
To save your changes, click on 
at the bottom right of the editor or press Ctrl+s.
Click on the "watch" icon 
in the top right corner of the page if you want to be notified by e-mail as soon as someone edits or comments on the page.
