Purpose

Use the form below to register your organization or department and to indicate your core competences to make sure it is part of the LEAP4FNSSA platform.

Instructions

I. This form has three sections:

1. Section 1: General information
2. Section 2: Core competences
3. Section 3: Contact person

II. Only the 10 questions with a red star (*) are mandatory.

III. Don't forget to click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page after you have filled out the form completely.
